August 29, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. Associate Professor Dr.Chaisri Tarasawatpipat Dean of the Faculty of Science and Technology ,Assistant Professor Dr.Sopit Sawangjit, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs along with professors in the field of food innovation and professional chefs Faculty of Science and Technology joind a meeting with Thailand Chefs Federation Led by Chef Saowakit Preeprem, President of the Federation, Chef Watcharapong Mekphung from Thai Airways Kitchen as the Vice-President of the Federation, along with Chef Lamduan Chuaykratok, Vice-President of the Federation, and Chef Wasin Daha, Secretary-General of the Federation the objective is to consider (draft) a memorandum of understanding between Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University with the Thai Chefs Association the said memorandum of understanding was prepared to promote and develop academic cooperation Educational management Curriculum preparation organizing training activities to certify professional standards Including professional experience training and cooperative education of students at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University in this meeting Thailand Chefs Federation We also discussed operational guidelines with the Faculty of Science and Technology in organizing work-integrated instruction (CWIE) in the field of food innovation and professional chefs. Including the preparation of a short training course in food to create chefs with international standards responding to the government's Soft Power policy in creating the creative economy at meeting room 26109, 1st floor, Faculty of Science and Technology Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.
