
Faculty members from the Food Innovation and Professional Chef program monitored the learning management at the establishment and supervised students undergoing practical training at Swissôtel Bangkok Ratchada.
On Monday, May 19, 2025, faculty members from the Food Innovation and Professional Chef Program, led by Associate Professor Dr. Sirilak Namwong, visited Swissôtel Bangkok Ratchada to monitor and evaluate the learning management at the establishment and supervise students undergoing practical training.
They were provided with information regarding student performance and received recommendations for curriculum development by Ms. Wanporn Boonsri, Director of Talent and Culture, Mr. Boonyarit Meewandee, Learning and Development Coordinator, Ms. Cholticha Phochai, Junior Sous Chef - Main Kitchen, and Ms. Wanyen Promkham, Demi Chef de Partie - Cold Kitchen.

This aligns with the program's objective, as part of the Faculty of Science and Technology's Food Innovation and Professional Chef curriculum, to implement Work-Integrated Learning (CWIE). This collaborative education model with establishments aims to ensure graduates possess competencies directly relevant to market demands, enabling them to enter the professional world immediately. This practical training activity at the establishment is an integral part of the program's coursework.
