Faculty of Science and Technology organize workshop activities "Khanom Krok traditional" and "Thai Thong Yod Dessert" for households participating in the academic service project and people in the Bang Khonthi sub-district area Samut Songkhram Province

On 9 - 10 April 2024, Research Development and Academic Services Department Faculty of Science and Technology Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University went to Bang Khonthi Subdistrict, Bang Khonthi District, Samut Songkhram Province, led by Associate Professor Dr.Narong Sangwaranathi, Deputy Dean for Research and Academic Services along with the project leader: Assistant Professor Sakultra Khamchu, Lecturer in the Department of Home Economics and Assistant Professor Chanet Wanna, Lecturer in the Department of Environmental Biology including faculty members, team members, staff and students in the Home Economics, Environmental Biology majors It was honored by Miss Renu Leknimit, President of Bang Khonthi Subdistrict Administrative Organization he presided over the opening ceremony of the workshop along with Ms. Nawarat Phongphuttha, Permanent Secretary of Bang Khonthi Subdistrict Administrative Organization and community leaders in the area came to participate in this activity the people in the area were very interested and participated in the training on making traditional Khanom Krok and Thai Thong Yod Khanom Activities under the project to improve the quality of life and raise the income level of people in grassroots communities with science and technology and innovation, Samut Songkhram Province Fiscal year 2024.
