with National Chefs Develop Food Innovation and Professional Chefs Curriculum
Assistant Professor Dr. Sopid Sawangjit the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs Together with Associate Professor Dr.Sirilak Namwong, Dr.Ploysai Ohama, Assistant Professor Sakuntra Kumchoo, and the lecturers of responsible curriculum meeting with Chef Watcharapong Mekphung, THAI Kitchen Manager and Secretary-General of the Federation of Thai Chefs, Chef Kanok Chavalitpong (Chef Tor) Thailand's first and only Olympic gold medalist in dessert, and one of the board members’ Top Chef Thailand (Desserts), Mrs.Supattra Khemthong the Former Director of Airline Production and Services, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited, Mrs.Narisa Tirabulkul the Former Director of Marketing Development, THAI Catering on 6th May 2023 from 10.00 a.m. – 12.00 a.m. at 26109 meeting room which have topics follow as;
1. Providing feedback on the development of the Bachelor of Science Program in the Food Innovation and Professional Chefs
2. Co-being lecturers in responsible curriculum and lecturers of the curriculum of national chef
3. Co-design study plans and courses to responding of graduate users
The curriculum is also in partnership with Curtin University, Australia which preliminary meeting was held on 1st May 2023, and they are preparing to present to the Academic Council and the University Council for approval.
