Food Innovation and Professional Chef Program Holds "The Ekiben Festival: A 'Four Regions Train Bento' Exhibition"

    On October 3, 2025, the Food Innovation and Professional Chef Program organized "The Ekiben Festival: A 'Four Regions Train Bento' Exhibition." This event was part of the FPC1501 Design Thinking Process for Innovative Product Development course for first-year students. The event showcased creative menus inspired by the food cultures of Thailand's different regions, including dishes like Moo Hong, Khao Soi, and Pad Thai. In addition to reflecting the students' creativity, the activity also helped promote their skills in design, presentation, and teamwork. The exhibition was held at the area in front of the Dean's Office, 1st Floor, Building 26, Faculty of Science and Technology.
