Primary Age
Since 1937 to 2017 is 80 years,
the Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University is
established from Suan Sunandha
Wittayalai School. Before 1948, science
is teaching in primary and secondary
school. In 1958, have opening Science
Teacher Training School by Certificate
of Higher Education by Science Group
follow as Chemistry Department, Biology
Department, Physic Department, and
General Science
Department. 2.
Middle Age
In 1975, Suan Sunandha Wittayalai
School change to Teacher’s
College. The college established Faculty
of Science and Science and Technology
Teaching Support Center for Training and
services to Science Instructors and
teaching students in Bachelor of
Education degree, Faculty of
Science. In 1984,
Teacher’s College teaching in 3
programs follow as Education Program,
Science Program, and Art Program. Then,
Faculty of Science change to Faculty of
Science and Technology. The Faculty of
Science and Technology has 9 departments
and 2 programs.
In 1995, H.M. King Bhumibol
Adulyadej the Great to be pleased naming
from Teacher’s College to Rajabhat
Institute. The Faculty of Science and
Technology open in 2 programs follow as
Science Education Program, and Science
Program. In 2002,
Education Program Students have transfer
to Faculty of Education. So, The Faculty
of Science and Technology has teaching
Science Programs to follow as Computer
Science Program, Food Science and
Technology Program, General Home
Economics Program, Chemistry Program,
Physic Program, Applied Biology Program,
Applied Statistic Program, Environmental
Science Program, and Health Science

Present Age
On 15th June 2004 has declared
Rajabhat University Act of Parliament.
The Faculty of Science and Technology is
the one of faculty in Suan Sunandha
Rajabhat University which teaching about
Science Programs 4 years Bachelor of
Science follow as General Home Economic
Program, Computer Science Program,
Chemistry Program, Applied Biology
Program, Physic Program, Food Science
and Technology Program, Environmental
Science Program, Applied Statistic
Program, Microbiology Program,
Technology Information Program, Applied
Thai Traditional Medicine Program,
Health Science Program, and Food and
Services Industrial
Program. In 2006, the
Faculty of Science and Technology has
added 2 programs for Bachelor's
degrees followed by a Biotechnology
Program and Mathematics Information
Program. And including 2 programs of
Master's Degree follow as
Mathematics Education Program, and
Pollution Management and Control
Program. Moreover, the established
Science Center followed by the Ministry
of Education Notice about Government
Sector Allotment of Suan Sunandha
Rajabhat University.
In 2009, the Faculty of Science and
Technology has teaching 14 programs
follow as Home Economic Program,
Mathematics Information Program,
Computer Science Program, Chemistry
Program, Applied Biology Program, Food
Science and Technology Program,
Environmental Science Program, Applied
Statistic Program, Technology
Information Program, Applied Thai
Traditional Medicine Program,
Biotechnology Program, Health Science
Program, Microbiology Program, and Food
and Services Industrial Program (closed
Physic Program). In Master’s
Degree has 2 programs follow as
Master's Degree follow as Pollution
Management and Control Program, and
Forensic Science Program (closed
Mathematics Education
Programs).
In 2010, the Faculty of Science
and Technology has added 4 programs for
Bachelor's degrees followed by an
Applied Physic Program, Health and
Beauty Science Program, Microbiological
Industry Program, and Biological Program
(closed Microbiology Program, and
Applied Biology Program). Total of
Bachelor’s Degree as 16 programs,
and Master’s Degree 2
programs.
In 2011, the Faculty of Science
and Technology has added 1 program for
Bachelor's degrees Health Science
Program (Child and Elderly
Care). In 2012, 4
programs of The Faculty of Science and
Technology follow as Applied Thai
Traditional Medicine Program, Health
Science Program (Child and Elderly
Care), Health and Beauty Science
Program, and Sport and Health Science
Program transfer to College of Allied
Health Sciences. Therefore, The Faculty
of Science and Technology has 13
programs and divide 2 departments follow
as Science Department, and Applied
Science Department. Science Department
has 6 programs follow as Mathematics
Information Program, Chemistry Program,
Applied Biology Program, Applied
Statistic Program, Microbiology
Industrial Program. Applied Science
Department has 7 programs follow as Home
Economic Program, Food Science and
Technology Program, Environmental
Science Program, Computer Science
Program, Technology Information Program,
Biotechnology Program, Health Science
Program, Microbiology Program, and Food
and Services Industrial
Program. In 2013, The
Faculty of Science and Technology
teaches in Doctor’s Degree
following a Doctor of Philosophy in
Forensic Science Program, and
Bachelor’s Degree has still 13
programs.
In 2014, The Faculty of Science and
Technology teaches in Master’s
Degree following a Master of Education
in Education Science. This program is in
cooperation with The Institute for the
Promotion of Teaching Science and
Technology (IPST), which is a
‘Teacher production phase 3’
Master of Education.
In 2015, the Sport and Health
Science Program transfer from College of
Allied Health Sciences to Faculty of
Science and Technology. The Faculty of
Science and Technology has 14
programs. In
2016, opened 1 course in
Bachelor’s Degree as Forensic
Science Program. Home Economic Program,
and Food and Services Industrial Program
have modifications to combine 2 programs
to Home Economic Program. Thus, the
Faculty of Science and Technology in
Bachelor’s Degree has 14 programs.
In Master’s Degree Pollution
Management and Control Program modify to
Environmental Management
Program. In 2017
– 2018, the Faculty of Science and
Technology has taught 14 programs in
Bachelor’s Degrees follow as
Chemistry Program, Biology Program,
Applied Physic Program, Microbiology
Industrial Program, Applied Statistic
Program, Mathematic Information Program,
Biotechnology Program, Environmental
Science Program, Information Technology
Program, Computer Science Program, Food
Science and Technology Program, Home
Economic Program, Sport and Health
Science, and Forensic Science Program.
Master’s Degree has 1 program as
Master of Education Science Program.
Since 2017, the Master of Education in
Education Science Program had closed
because students have passed the
scholarship examination lower recruit
plan and decreasing students, so
Academic Council approved closing this
program. This closing the program
approved by Graduated Direction
Committees in the Meeting 6th/2018 on
21st May 2018.
In 2018 – 2020, the Faculty
of Science and Technology has taught 14
programs in Bachelor’s Degrees
follow as Chemistry Program, Biology
Program, Applied Physic Program,
Microbiology Industrial Program, Applied
Statistic Program, Mathematic
Information Program, Biotechnology
Program, Environmental Science Program,
Information Technology Program, Computer

In 2021, the faculty of Science
and Technology has modified courses to
modern and harmonize with the
enterprise, so opened 11 programs follow
as; First, Bachelor of Science 9
programs i.e., Science and Innovation
Program, Environmental Biology Program,
Food Industrial Microbiology and
Bioinnovation Program, Information
Technology Program, Computer Science and
Data Innovation Program, Food Science
and Technology Program, Home Economic
Program, Sport and Health Science
Program, and Forensic Science Program.
Second, Bachelor of Information Science
1 program is Information Science
Program, and opened course in
Master’s Degree 1 program is
Sustainable Urban and Industrial
Environment Management
Program. In 2022 -
2024, the faculty of Science and
Technology opened 12 programs follow as
