
Students from the chemistry sub-discipline within the Science and Innovation program, Faculty of Science and Technology, were honored with certificates of merit for their contributions to Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. This recognition was bestowed upon them for their achievements in securing awards for inventions and innovations at the international competition, IPITEx 2025.
On April 30, 2025, at 1:00 PM, Ms. Chanidapa Ritthep, a Chemistry student from the Science and Innovation program, honorably represented Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. She received a certificate of commendation for her contributions to the university, stemming from her participation in the 2025 Bangkok International Intellectual Property, Innovation and Technology Exposition (IPITEx 2025). Her work, "Low-salt Instant Rice Porridge with Plant-based Protein," earned a silver medal. The certificate was presented by Dr. Anek Permwongsanee, Vice Chairman of the University Council, at the University Council Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Building 31, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.
This innovative work originated from a research project undertaken by students in the Chemistry program. The student research team members included Ms. Pornthip Boonrattanatham, Ms. Kittiya Silawong, Mr. Rattaphol Supapol, and Ms. Duangruthai Jaitrong. Their advisors were Dr. Ploysai Ohama, Assistant Professor Dr. Saowanee Kumphan, Assistant Professor Dr. Jittlada Choomi, and Assistant Professor Dr. Sansanee Sansiriphan. The project was supported by the 2025 Fundamental Fund national budget research program and has successfully secured a petty patent.
