The Department of Home Economics, Faculty of Science and Technology, 

is conducting a training program to develop students towards excellence on the topic of "Ancient Thai Cuisine," 

focusing on the menus of Nam Prik Kapi and Gaeng Ranjuan, for first-year Home Economics students.

On February 28, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, the Home Economics Program, Faculty of Science and Technology, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, under the course HEC1204 Thai Cuisine, organized a training project to develop students towards excellence. The project, titled "Ancient Thai Cuisine," focused on the preparation of "Nam Prik Kapi"  and "Gaeng Ranjuan". This training was conducted for first-year Home Economics students and directly related to the course curriculum. The objective of the project was to enhance the participants' knowledge, understanding, and skills in preparing ancient Thai dishes. The training took place in room 2323, building 23, Faculty of Science and Technology.
