
The Department of Home Economics, Faculty of Science and Technology, is hosting a culinary entrepreneurship workshop.
Students from the Home Economics Department organized the 'Culinary Entrepreneurship Learning' activity to showcase student products and projects within the course, providing a practical entrepreneurship experience. The activity focused on teaching and learning for entrepreneurship in the field of home economics, enhancing students' entrepreneurial skills. This included building their own product brands, analyzing the business environment, developing distinctive and high-quality products, and emphasizing ethical conduct for entrepreneurs. The aim was to enable students to reach customer groups quickly and broadly, building strong and appealing brands. Examples of showcased products included food, desserts, beverages, and handicrafts. The event was held in Room 2314, Building 23, Science Building, Faculty of Science and Technology.
