The Science Center together with Fish Marketing Organization Organized Training with “Royal Sour Soup’s Curry Paste Recipe”

     On 25th May 2023, the Science Center, Faculty of Science and Technology, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University together with Fish Marketing Organization Organized training with “Royal Sour Soup’s Curry Paste Recipe” according to the Seafood Academy program second phase and career development programs to Local fishery housewives and commercial fisheries to the Platform - FMO network under academic cooperation. This training has Home Economic Program representative lecturers and Food Science and Technology Program representative lecturers as an Experts in “Royal Sour Soup’s Curry Paste Recipe” training, Sour Soup’s Curry Paste process, packaging, and storage at Chumchonbanchongsameasan School, Sattahip district, Chonburi province.
