Home Economics students create a menu of "Royal Crispy Noodles"

On March 26, 2024, Home Economics students created the menu "Royal Crispy Noodles" which was recorded in a cookbook from the reign of King Rama V The noodles used to make crispy noodles were influenced by mainland China merchants brought various items to sell in Siam and Krua Luang created this menu. Until one time, King Rama V traveled on a waterway to this canal and smelling the aroma, he ordered the chamberlain to go and buy some to serve as food. His Majesty liked this menu very much, and later ordered Jeen Li to come in front of His Majesty he said that it was as delicious as the rumors said. His Majesty gave this menu a name: “Crispy noodles in heaven” by Chef In & Assistant Professor Thidarat Saenprom with a training project to develop students towards excellence.
