The faculty members of the Home Economics program have been invited

 to attend the event "Thai Culture Excellence - The Spirit of Dusit Thani College."

On April 25, 2025, Assistant Professor Chutamas Moolwong was invited to participate in the event "Thai Culture Excellence – The Spirit of Dusit Thani College." The event featured a panel discussion on various dimensions of Thai cuisine, with insights from Michelin-starred Thai culinary experts. Attendees had the opportunity to taste “Dusit Thani Signature Thai Cuisine” in a contemporary Thai fusion style, experience the essence of Thai culture, and attend the launch of two books: “Royal Thai Recipes” and “Healthy Living Through Thai Culinary Traditions.” The program also included a special talk on the traditional dish “Khao Chae” led by palace-style Thai food experts and professional chefs, held at the Mahogany Restaurant, Dusit Thani College.
