Design Curriculum Meeting for Make a Professional Chef and Food Innovation Curriculum
On 20th February 2023, Mom Luang Sirichalerm Svasti or Mc Dang the Food Professional honored to recommend the development and design for make a Professional Chef and Food Innovation Curriculum to the Faculty of Science and Technology, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, which is a new curriculum and make professional chefs to the labor market in the national and international services industry and involve restaurant entrepreneurs. In order that Professional Chef and Food Innovation Curriculum is necessary for the labor market because in present entrepreneurs are not enough just tasty or replete but food have art, aesthetic, and standard. The entrepreneurs will have deep knowledge about food and are interested in all details. So Professional Chef and Food Innovation Curriculum students when graduated will be working in the food services industry follow as hotels, restaurants, Cafeterias in worldwide, food factories or organizations, managing or designing in the kitchen, and restaurant entrepreneurs in the future.
