A third-year student from the Sports Science and Health program won a gold medal 

and the Outstanding Male Amateur Boxer award at the 49th National Games, "Chan Games."

On December 19, 2024, Mr. Jarunroj Phoophrom, a third-year student from the Sports Science and Health program, competed in amateur boxing and defeated his opponent from Bangkok with a score of 4-1, winning a gold medal for Uthai Thani Province. He was also awarded the Outstanding Male Amateur Boxer award in the Bantamweight (under 56 kg) category at the 49th National Games, "Chan Games." The award ceremony took place at the Multipurpose Building of Phlapphla Narai Subdistrict Municipality, Chanthaburi Province, where Ms. Manee Rat Inthachai, Director of the Sports Authority of Thailand's Uthai Thani Office, presented the gold medal and certificate to the athlete.
