The Faculty of Science and Technology Organized a Workshop on "Banana Products" for Villagers in the Bang Khonthi Community, Bang Khonthi District, Samut Songkhram Province


On 18th May 2566, the Research and Academic Services, Faculty of Science and Technology, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University fielding at Bang Khonthi subdistrict, Bang Khonthi district, Samut Songkhram province by Associate Professor Dr.Sirilak Namwong the lecturer of  Bioinnovation Products Subprogram, Food Industrial Microbiology and Bioinnovation Program together with lecturers and staff follow as Assistant Professor Dr.Sansanee Sansiribhan, Assistant Professor Dr.Jitlada Chumee, Dr. Sarisa Pinkham, and Mrs.Thiva Saksri, and the students follow as Mr.Apichai Chaimongkol, and Mr.Pakin Tavorntanitkhul fielding a workshop on banana products, including ready-to-drink banana powder drink, dried banana with stick (Kluay Mai Tim), half-ripe banana with Marshmallow shape (Bananamallow) and Banana Stick to households participating in the project to improve the quality of life and raise the income of people in foundation communities through science, technology and innovation in Samut Songkhram province for the fiscal year 2023 (5th household) and villagers in the Bang Khonthi community at Bang Khonthi Subdistrict Administration Organization, Bang Khonthi subdistrict, Bang Bang Thi district, Samut Songkhram province.

This is to generate income and raise the income level for households and Bang Khonthi subdistrict community as well as being an additional occupation for some community residents. During the free time from farming, using locally available raw materials to generate household income.
