This project is a cooperation of 3 organizations follow as Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Uttaradit Rajabhat University, and Phrea Community College organized “The Innovation of Local Fish and Frog Modern Breeding Management with IOT SMART FARMING System” to teachers, lecturers, students, farmers, and villagers by Hybrid system training at Phrea Community College, Mueang Phrea district, Phrea province.This activity is very interesting and can Hybrid farmers' creation by New Theory Agriculture and continuing knowledge occupation guideline for making income to their household and community.
