Department of Home Economics organizes training programs to develop students
towards excellence Subject: "Fashionable Japanese cooking"
On Tuesday, March 19, 2024, due to the Home Economics Department teaching the subject HEC1207 Asian Food for 3rd year Home Economics students by Lecturer Kanyaphat Petcharaporn, the branch will therefore create a training project to develop students to excellence to prepare students for excellence and provide knowledge, as well as allowing students to develop food knowledge skills to keep up with the times and times development of the entry of Japanese food and the eating culture of Japanese people in Thailand from professional expert lecturers and famous establishments outside in addition to the knowledge that students will receive in the classroom alone. The lecturer will give knowledge about "Modern Japanese Cooking" shows how to cut salmon for sushi and sashimi and frying shrimp and vegetable tempura at the Food Laboratory, Building 25, Faculty of Science and Technology Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.
