
The Home Economics program is conducting an activity for students to present their Chinese banquet-style catering arrangements.
On March 18, 2025, the Home Economics program, Faculty of Science and Technology, within the Food Service and Banquet Management course, organized a Chinese banquet presentation activity for students. The activity aimed to provide students with the opportunity to design menus, calculate food costs, and determine the necessary equipment and tools for Chinese banquet catering. This type of catering is a highly popular culinary tradition in Thailand. The event was held at the Sadabsonchiadkasem Building (Building 25), Faculty of Science and Technology.
