Home Economics students receive an award "Winner" and a plaque of honor from the professional skills competition in home economics in the program "Thai Taste Salad Dishes"

       Saturday, September 17, 2022, Lecturer Juthamas Moonwong and Lecturer Kanyaphat Petcharaporn led a team of students in the Home Economics Department. Faculty of Science and Technology Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Ms.Papavadee Mutuchit and Ms.Natthida Pansuwan participated in the professional skills competition in home economics at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in the program "Thai Tase Salad Dishes".
       The contestants will have to cook salad dishes using Thai ingredients and ingredients as the main. by presenting the menu “Budu Salad” was inspired by Southern Khao Yam Phak Tai, a traditional thai dish consisting of various vegetables and herbs topped with Budu Sauce. When used to adjust the presentation style to be modern Thai style but still maintain the original taste of Thai food. therefore came out a new menu according to the problem of Salad Thai Taste.
       The results of the competition for students in the field of home economics received the award "Winner" with a plaque of honor and a scholarship of 5,000 baht.
