The Department of Home Economics organized a training project
to develop students towards excellence for third-year students in the Department of Home Economics.
The Home Economics Program, Faculty of Science and Technology, organized a workshop as part of its Student Development for Excellence initiative, focusing on the Snacks course for third-year students in the program. This activity aimed to enhance students' knowledge and provide them with direct experience from specialized experts, improving their skills in both theoretical and practical aspects. The program was honored to have Chef Pannawit Mhadnud, a Chef Instructor, as the guest speaker, who demonstrated the preparation process and techniques in detail for each step. Popular snack menus featured included 'Kari Puff,' a pastry with a distinctive folded, shell-like shape, filled with ingredients such as chicken, beans, or taro, and 'Ancient Crispy Noodles,' characterized by their crispy, crumbly texture and the inclusion of Som Sa zest. The workshop was held in Room 2333, Science Building 23, Faculty of Science and Technology.
