Home Economics alumni received 1st place and 1st runner-up in the “Southern Region” regional championship from the Makro HoReCa 2024 “Makro Mystery Box Chef Challenge” cooking competition

Faculty of Science and Technology Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University congratulations to the alumni of the Home Economics Department who received the 1st place winner and 1st runner-up on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, Regional Championship round “Southern Region” from the Makro HoReCa 2024 “Makro Mystery Box Chef Challenge” cooking competition at the department store Makro Surat Thani Branch there is a challenge for the main ingredients from the mystery box in the professional version Professional Chef Class to help raise the standard of cooking in the restaurant and hotel industry of Thailand to be in accordance with international standards by showing off the potential in cooking competitions of "chefs" and professional personnel through such competitions. This is a cooking competition under the challenge of cooking main Thai dishes, local menus from local ingredients prepare one Western-style serving dish using one type of protein ingredient and one type of local ingredient In this regard, the faculty of the Home Economics Department Faculty of Science and Technology Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University has provided support and control over training and provided advice to develop alumni to be ready to participate in competitions both regionally and nationally to compete for the trophy given to Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Her Royal Highness Princess Soamsawali Krommuen Sutthanarinat
