Faculty members from the Food Innovation and Professional Chef program observed the learning management at the establishment and supervised students undergoing practical training at The Twin Towers Hotel, Bangkok.

On Friday, May 16, 2025, faculty members from the Food Innovation and Professional Chef Program, led by Associate Professor Dr. Sirilak Namwong, visited The Twin Towers Hotel Bangkok. The purpose of their visit was to monitor and evaluate the learning management at the establishment and to supervise students undertaking practical training.

During the visit, Ms. Chutima Limtongkul (Human Resources and Training Manager), Ms. Praewphan Choksomboonhirun (Assistant Human Resources and Training Manager), and Chef Chokamnuay Chanajaturathat (Executive Chef) provided valuable information regarding the students' performance and offered recommendations for enhancing the program's operations.

The Food Innovation and Professional Chef Program extends its sincere gratitude to The Twin Towers Hotel Bangkok and all personnel for their exceptional care and guidance of the students. This collaboration has enabled students to gain practical experience and develop professional culinary skills within a hotel environment, aligning perfectly with the program's objectives.

The Food Innovation and Professional Chef Program, under the Faculty of Science and Technology, implements a CIWIE (Cooperative and Integrated Work-based Education) learning model. This approach involves joint production of learning with enterprises to ensure graduates possess competencies directly relevant to market demands, enabling them to seamlessly enter the professional workforce. The practical training activities undertaken at the establishment are an integral component of the program's curriculum.
