On February 14, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, the Department of Food Innovation and Professional Chef organized a project to prepare new chefs for the global stage in collaboration with Mancancook. The training focused on making Bon Bon Chocolate to equip graduates with the skills needed to immediately enter the workforce, aligning their competencies with the demands of the job market in the field of sweet foods, such as chocolate making. This initiative enables students to develop a career in this field and prepares them for future job opportunities. The event was honored by Chef Khomsan Sant Asvanuchit as the instructor. The training took place in Room 2532, Building 23, Faculty of Science and Technology.
