The Science Center, in collaboration with the Department of Environmental Science and Technology, is organizing training for wastewater treatment system administrators.


On Tuesday, June 10, and Wednesday, June 11, 2025, the Science Center, in collaboration with the Department of Environmental Science and Technology, Faculty of Science and Technology, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, organized the 10th session of the "Wastewater Treatment System Administrator for Residential Projects and Compliance with Section 80" training course. The event took place at the Faculty of Public Health, Burapha University, Chonburi Province. Associate Professor Dr. Kowit Suwannhong, Dean of the Faculty of Public Health, Burapha University, presided over the opening ceremony. Lecturers from the Department of Environmental Science and Technology, Faculty of Science and Technology, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, included: Associate Professor Dr. Chaisri Tarasawatpipat, who lectured on wastewater treatment and techniques for wastewater treatment system maintenance. Associate Professor Siwapun Choo-in, who lectured on relevant laws and report preparation. Assistant Professor Dr. Thalisa Neammanee, who lectured on water pollution. The training received significant interest from participants representing various hotels in the Chonburi area.

This training initiative directly addresses several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being – Ensuring healthy lives and promoting well-being for all at all ages. Goal 6: Clean Water and Sanitation – Ensuring availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all. Goal 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities – Making cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient, and sustainable.
