The Department of Home Economics is organizing an event to promote the "Gourmet & Cuisine Young Chef 2025" culinary competition for university students, hosted by Gourmet & Cuisine magazine.


On March 11, 2025, at 1:00 PM, The Department of Home Economics organized a roadshow event promoting the "Gourmet & Cuisine Young Chef 2025" culinary competition for university students that was held for 2nd and 3rd-year students of the Home Economics program. The event was organized by Gourmet & Cuisine magazine, a leading monthly publication offering content on Thai cuisine and lifestyle. The purpose of the roadshow was to provide interested students with information and understanding about the competition, including the ingredients, competition procedures, and judging criteria. The event aimed to inspire and motivate students to participate in the competition as a stepping stone towards a professional chef career. The event took place on the 1st floor of Sadabsonchiadkasem Building (Building 25), Faculty of Science and Technology.
