
The Department of Home Economics organized an activity within the training project to develop students towards excellence in the subject of Fundamental Food Sanitation and Safety for first-year Home Economics students.
The Department of Home Economics organized a training workshop under the Student Development for Excellence Project, focusing on the subject of Food Sanitation and Safety. The workshop was conducted for first-year students of the Home Economics program. Mr. Pitthinan Chuanprasit, Hygiene Manager at The Sukhothai Bangkok Hotel, was invited as a guest speaker to lecture on hotel sanitation and safety, the application of food safety management systems GAP, GHP, GMP, HACCP, Halal standards, and relevant legislation. The event took place at Science Building 23, Faculty of Science and Technology.
