On February 11, 2025, students from the Department of Home Economics participated in a study tour at the Future Food Leader Summit 2025. The event featured experts, researchers, and entrepreneurs from the food industry and startups, showcasing food products and testing innovations. Attendees also visited exhibitions on food restoration ideas for the future. Products displayed included prebiotic sugar for health, chicken soup with tomatoes, egg white fiber noodles enriched with dietary fiber, rose tea craft soda, vegan fish sauce (J-Sauce), and probiotic gummies, among others. Additionally, there was a demonstration of AI technology used in agriculture for rice variety identification and rice quality testing. The event took place at SOCO Work & Live, Helix Building, 9th floor, EmQuartier, Bangkok.
