Saturday, November 6, 2021, Home economics students faculty of science and technology suansunandha rajabhat university participated in the Tiparos Challenge2021 Rising Star Chef: SECRET OF SAUCE cooking competition to find the best cooks..to become a new superstar chef with more than 12 leading universities by contestants must invent the original sauce to make great dishes
this time, lecturer Juthamas moonwong and lecturer Kanyaphat petcharaporn, who supervised the rehearsal, led a team of home economics students, namely Ms.Pattaraporn indam, Mr.Sarawut aoumrod and Ms.Siriyakorn noulkeaw compete in the competition by planning the food program into 4 dishes. the first dish, welcome bright, consists of Tom yum goong cream cheese. deep fried sea bass with fish sauce, mango juice mocktail, scallop salad, second dish appetizer northern Larb tuna tartar ,the third dish is Tom kha soup with young coconut squid mousse. and the main dish consists of fried rice with chili paste on board. grilled beef lulas with herbs and Jaew sauce boiled katip lalid with young tamarind shoots fried crab meat with three flavor sauce stir fried cabbage with fish sauce and eggplant salad
the results of this competition home economics student faculty of science and technology suansunandha rajabhat university has the highest total score in all aspects, receives a “Winner”
