The Home Economics Program Organized the National Skill Standard in Thai Cook Level 1 Preparation Exam Workshop
On 8th – 9th May 2024, the Home Economics program, Faculty of Science and Technology organized the National Skill Standard in Thai Cook Level 1 preparation exam workshop in practical about Technique, cooking process, correcting method, slicing, mincing, chopping, and taste for recipes preparation exam as follow Fried Rice with Pork, Thai Spicy Mixed Vegetable Soup with Prawns, Spicy Glass Noodle Salad with Minced Pork, Sweet Sticky rice with Longan, Sweet Sticky rice with Sweet Corn for 3rd – 4th year students at 2513 Food Laboratory, 1st floor, 25 building, Faculty of Science and Technology, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.
