The faculty members of the Food Innovation and Professional Chef Program observed the learning management at the establishment and supervised students undertaking their practical training at the Centara Grand Bangkok Convention Centre at Central World Bangkok.

On Thursday, May 8, 2025, the faculty members of the Food Innovation and Professional Chef Program, led by Associate Professor Dr. Siriluck Namwong, visited Centara Grand Bangkok Convention Centre at Central World Bangkok to monitor the learning management at the establishment and supervise students undertaking their practical training. Ms. Porntipa Chainimit, Training Manager, Mr. Poori Romyanon, Assistant Training Manager, Ms. Pornpassakul Wongrattanalak, Sous Chef, and Mr. Phinyo Paokhan, Demi Chef De Partie, provided the students with information regarding their actual work experience.

The Food Innovation and Professional Chef Program would like to express its sincere gratitude to Centara Grand Hotel and all staff involved for their excellent care of the students, enabling them to gain real-world work experience in accordance with the objectives of the Food Innovation and Professional Chef Program, Faculty of Science and Technology. The program implements a learning approach that integrates classroom learning with practical work experience through Cooperative and Work Integrated Education (CIWIE), a collaborative educational model with industry partners. This approach aims to equip graduates with competencies that meet the demands of the job market and prepare them for immediate entry into the professional world. This practical training at the establishment is an integral component of the program's curriculum.
