The Department of Home Economics organized a Chinese banquet presentation activity for students.
On March 4, 2025, the Home Economics Program, Faculty of Science and Technology, conducted a Chinese banquet presentation activity for students in the Banquet Management and Food Service course. The activity focused on designing menu items and calculating the cost of food and equipment for a Chinese banquet, a popular dining culture in Thailand. Chinese banquets are traditionally served at round tables. The event took place at Sadapsonchiiadkasem Building (Building 25), Faculty of Science and Technology.
